I\'am gonna replace my runflat with new non runflat, all season tire. Does anyone have a suggestion what would be a good tire? Thank you in advance.

I just did a long review process of winter tires, and here are the brands in alpha order from my shortlist. I ended up getting Dunlop Wintersport 3D (Runflats) for the winter. I debated about non-runflats, but stuck with the Runflat recommendation for now.

Short List:
Bridgestone
- Bridgestone is very popular with good ratings
Continental )
- Continental is a typical replacement from auto shops
Dunlop
- Dunlop is recommended by Mini
Goodyear from Canadian Tire
- Reasonably priced and effective
Hancook
- Reasonably priced and effective, popular for cost-concerned
Michelin
- Good ratings, winter tires not quite as popular as Bridgestone
Nokian Hakkapeliitta
- Highly rated tires but harder to find (try gtatires.com)
Pirelli
- Good reviews

Thanks for all the info. Do you have any info regarding all season tires? The dealer recommended Continental procontact ssr\'s or dunlop sport 5000? Do you have any info on these or others? thanks in advance.

I can see it has been awhile since you posted, but check out the Tire Rack web site. There are good reviews listed for each tire on their site.

I\'ve had the 16\" Dunlop WinterSport 3D tires on for a few weeks now and I\'m happy with them. They\'ve done fairly well in dry, wet, loose snow, and a little icy conditions. I\'ve give them 4/5. The concern I read from others is they wear a little faster than some other tires.

I appreciate the smoother ride as well on 16\" compared to the 17\" Mini sport rims.
