I have an \'06 MCS with an auto transmission.

When am I suppose change the transmission oil in it?
It seems there are guidelines for a manual tranmsission but I have not found what the guidance is an auto.

Someone said the can sense with the oil gets dirty and a light will turn on to tell me to change it. Is this true?

Thx
Darren

Hey Darren, I\'d personally keep it in the every 90 to 100000 mark. Which is the regular service interval for most cars. If anybody tells you to go more then that i wouldn\'t listen. keep the fluid fresh so you don\'t have future problems. Hope this helps, if you have any questions message me! I\'ll be happy to help.

MINI Inspection I:
Check transmission for leaks.
Change CVT (automatic) transmission fluid.

Inspection 1 is carried out every 50,000km

You can get them used on e-bay and sometimes on NAM, but if you pay the big bucks, you have access to the Bently database and can ask ANY question .... it\'s worth it.
